::I have never stayed at a spa hotel before and this hotel did not disappoint! I would say one of the best hotels in my life Let's do the good and bad Good Huge hotel Very fancy, they have a women everyday that fixes all the like dead flower pieces it is honestly beautiful The free breakfast is one of the best i ever had, so many options and they have a huge nutella machine it was so COOL the room is big, clean and new Very comfortable bed and comforter The toilet was very clean and i liked how hot the towel rack got The shower was great I like that there was a very big cabinet to put all my stuff in A big fridge in the room Included robe and shoes The receptionists are very kind I forgot my purse at breakfast and i quickly went back and someone already turned it in and that was so nice The spa area is huge and really relaxing I liked the pool the best with the jets it was awesome Bad Far from the city centre Far from restaurants Far from the train station Not hot tub Even with the bad, but the hotel itself was AMAZING

::Nice Wellness Hotel, clean. Rooms Dinner is very good and nice displayed. Wellness is ok, only the steam sauna was not working and the poof was cold. The massage was very good. There is a nice walk to the vineyards when weather permits. A car is needed since rhere is nothing to visit in this tiny town.

::Ok, two things here. The crossover restaurant has great food and service. However, the hotel is ridiculously expensive for the value. Furthermore, our bed was way too soft, in the evening dogs of a neighbor were barking for 2 hours and the lady at the reception didn't do anything about it, and the next morning the cleaning lady walked into the room despite the do-not-disturb sign. Needless to say I'm not planning to come back quickly again.

::Essentially I would like to give them a better rating but.. let me explain.. Negativ: 1. First interaction with the receptionist, probably she was having a bad day. Won't tell much, but it wasn't pleasant. Not talkative at all (in German), didn't help and didn't really answer any of our questions, basically you get answers without asking in a hotel. The receptionist gets -5 stars 2. Apparently there is a garage. But the same lady at the reception didn't even bother to tell where exactly it was, how to enter.. nothing. Told us to look for a parking spot next to a supermarket on the next street. Thankfully we found a spot in front of the hotel.. there is enough places. But if you are paying x amount of money for as deluxe suit, you would much rather have your car in a garage.. 3. Coffee is my passion.. and in my opinion there is no excuse to serve a coffee with badly steamed milk. Like no.. I wish I had taken a pic... It was like dishwashing foam put on the coffee.. -1 star Positive: 1. Very pleasant interior design. 2. Heated outdoor pool, very nice... 3. Both restaurants are exceptional. The service is very good, the waitress are very kind and helpful.. the food, I have no words.. I heard it was worthy for a michelin stare but the chef refused.. I think it's probably true.. +10 stars out of 5.. The rooms are pretty ok and clean.. Overall I would still recommend it though..
