    The train station area isn't the best but you are close to everything and the hotel is very nice! Friendly service. Awesome bathtub!

Their commitment to providing outstanding service is evident from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations from the concierge. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with a smile. I left Roomers Hotel with a heart full of gratitude and wonderful memories. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Frankfurt. Five stars just don't seem enough for the excellence Roomers Hotel provides! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    "I am writing to address an issue regarding a collaboration request sent to this establishment's Instagram account. Unfortunately, we received a response from their social media representative that was unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. It is evident that this individual lacks the necessary training and professionalism to handle such interactions appropriately. It is disappointing to see a lack of proper education and understanding in their role, as there is a significant difference between working in hospitality and other industries. Such behavior raises concerns about the overall training and management of the establishment's employees. It is unlikely that anyone would want to stay in a hotel that fails to adequately train and support their own staff." i attached a screenshot of the message just to show how ignorant and rude that individual was.

    had a disappointing experience at this Frankfurt hotel. The reception lacked professionalism and seemed inexperienced. Despite making five calls about my misplaced AirPods, no one could locate the responsible person. Even reaching out via email and speaking to the receptionist before leaving yielded no results. Additionally, with only one restaurant available which was not available and small rooms, it left much to be desired.

    We are Titanium members at Bonvoy and like to stay at Marriott properties during our travel, this was one we selected because we saw good photos and suggestions. This was not our favorite. 1. Smokey, couldn’t even go into bar, the entire hotel then smelled of smoke. We are American so are not used to this indoors. 2. Shower was dangerous, wet tile, about 2 feet up, very very dangerous if a lot of towels aren’t placed to prevent. 3. I get the small and open bathroom but a bit of privacy would help in the toilet. I don’t need to see my partner through the clear glass while they sit on the toilet. 4. TV was about the size of an iPad. We usually don’t watch tv in a room but after a rainy day we came home and we’re hoping to watch tv, but it was better watching on our phone. 5. This is just me but the reason we are titanium/ platinum elite members (both me and my partner) is the benefits Bonvoy provide. Upon check in we were not told about breakfast, told about Bonvoy benefits or greeted as such. 6. No usb ports anywhere, this is a nice luxury now, but for these prices you’d expect those on the nightstand. There were some people here but the overall experience was not great. Way way way way too Smokey that we are not used to.
