::I can understand the special measurements due to Covid19, but the restaurant staff told us that "you are not allowed to get in" when we just approached the terrace. No reasons explained. And there were empty tables and obviously could have served a few more guests. It is hard to convince the potential guests to come back ever, since no reasons and no expected time are given. We have been to other Romantik Hotels (e.g. Dresden, Görlitz) and enjoyed the good services - and therefore I think here is not up-to-standard. By the way, The historical buildings and garden are well maintained.
