Leistung okay, Service leider unterirdisch.

Danke macht weiter so.👍👌👍👌👍

Vielen Dank. Service Wüste Deutschland.

I've rented motorbikes in Berlin for 3 years already, since 2014, every summer. I've reached Roewer Agency after searching in google and other sites connecting to. I got to the agency and then met Daniel Taut. He is like an angel for me. To me as a customer he represents values of honesty, being professional, customer service awareness and most of all – makes me feel secured and safe. And these are very important when it comes to riding a motorbike in a new state, spending lots of money, or just asking for advices. I like this agency very much and I will of course keep coming back there. Daniel not only helps on motorbike rental, but helps fulfilling dreams. 😉 Now in general, my advices for tourists are: 1. Deals and better fares: Always ask for prices of whole week, weekend or week-savings, as it turns out to be cheaper fares rather than paying on daily basis. 2. Before booking a motorbike: If you haven't already ridden on the motorbike that you plan to rent, then don't book it for long term. It's true that someone else might book it instead of you, but It's always better to first ask to test the motorbike you want to ride on, and only after one hour of riding, you will be wiser of whether you should rent it or not. Otherwise, you might need to pay for the whole period or compensate with another motorbike that you don't like because you've already paid on that. 3. Fuel costs: Always take in account the prices of the fuel needed. I found out that I spent 10 euros every day for fuel. Some motorbikes even need a lot more fuel. It could sum up to 100 euros of fuel for a week in rare cases. 4. Accessories that you can rent at agency: To me, it's ok to buy a disk brake from another store so this way you don't have to rent a disk brake as well for the same price. Also, it's better to buy yourself a very safe helmet and bring it with you on the flight instead of renting one on the agency. 5. Navigation: As for navigation, I found out that Google Maps app works perfectly in Germany. It can calculate the best route for you in milli-seconds and the network works just fine everywhere in Germany. I'd spend more money on a Bluetooth device for the helmet, so you can connect your smartphone to the device by Bluetooth connectivity. 6. Budget: If you travel to Germany to rent a motorbike, make sure that you always have a double if not triple times of your original budget. You never know whenever you want to rent a motorbike for longer, or you will have to leave a larger deposit (1000-2000 euros) – or in rare cases, you would have to pay for damages if you're involved in self accident or else. Which brings me to the next point; 7. Insurance: If you aren't as rich as you want to be, and you can't afford to pay thousands of euros on damages caused by accident, then I'd suggest that you get a proper insurance policy that covers deductible as well. In most agencies, you're offered a well expanded policy which covers theft, total loss and others with a deductible of 2000 euros. This means that you might need to participate on payments with up to 2000 euros, and the insurance company will only complete any other costs above 2000 euros. I'd suggest you find another policy from another insurance company that covers this deductible amount of 2000 Euros. I could find something that covers up to 1500 USD of deductible costs, and you only have to pay 50 USD as for the other policy' deductible fare. This means that for maximum, the most you would have to participate is roughly 800Euros. People who rent motorbikes but can't afford amounts of thousands of euros in case of damages – just cause the agency to ask other customers to leave larger deposits. 8. Roads rules: In Germany, some traffic lights show you green light both for straight and left. But the problem is that it works at the same time for the opposite way. So, when you turn left, you must stop in the juncture and look forward to making sure that you don't crash with other cars coming from the opposite way. They have high priority to use the road and cross the juncture.
