  We have been customers of the bank for many, many years. RaiBa is and remains a regional bank - that's a good thing. With many advantages over the large and, above all, internet banks: we can be reached quickly by phone, email and in person, flexible and competent. Which of the internet banks offers the opportunity to withdraw five-figure sums in cash within minutes? The slightly higher fees are more than offset by the personal service. We have had the best experiences - especially with Mr. Rothfischer, who is always there for us. K. Staedele

  I have been a customer of Raiffeisenbank Regensburg - Wenzenbach eG since November 2017 and have noticed over the last few years that the service has deteriorated drastically and can now be rated as poor or even non-existent. There have been difficulties with the apps available for online banking since the update/change from "VR Banking Classic/VR-Secure Go" to "VR Banking/VR SecureGo plus" and the use of the updated apps is no longer possible with my online Banking account is not possible in any way - new access data has already been requested and despite setting up the apps again and reporting the problem to my bank advisor, I am unable to use it. It is also rarely or not possible to reach my so-called “bank advisor” by email or telephone. Letters from Raiffeisenbank Regensburg-Wenzenbach eG should be read carefully, as the bank's actions were already based on implied actions (requirement of a "free" VISA/MasterCard!). In addition, the account opening fees have increased significantly and amount to €13.65 for normal account management by a full-time working person aged 22! This bank has definitely lost me as a customer due to the lack of current customer service. Conclusion: Dear Raiffeisenbank Regensburg-Wenzenbach eG, please standardize your customer service/customer interaction back to the previous level.

  Documents are processed weeks late, letters are lost, e-mails are either not answered at all or answered far too late and the person responsible is always unavailable because he is only there on certain days or has a day off, etc. etc. Everything depends on the quality necessary for a well-functioning bank is not present here. You can't clarify anything personally, as the bank is open for a maximum of 2 to 5 hours, depending on the day, so not for normal working people! Unfortunately, reasonable cooperation with this bank is not possible!

  I would like to express a very special thank you to the team formed by Mr. Mann, especially the always self-sacrificing Mr. Riederer and "the customer's best man" - Mr. Thalhofer. In record time we were able to realize financing that both the seller and the notary did not consider possible. To do this, the bank had to show extraordinary flexibility, “digitalize” itself and certainly design one or two processes generously. This was my second financing in this house and I can say with a clear conscience: repeat offender! :-) Thank you & best regards from Hamburg, Irina & Andreas
