  It couldn't be more unfriendly. You want to hand over a bank card you've found. All you hear is, throw it in with the transfer, we'll show it, take it to the police. Good thing I'm not a customer, I'm going to take legal action against the bank now and I've also filed a complaint against them, not recommended, dear Sparkasse. Unfortunately, one star is still too many

  Sending mail to people who have already died and to wrong addresses, have ignored data protection several times, advisors can never be reached by phone, always only call centers

  You never reach the advisors. It's always forwarded to the head office, but they can't handle the simplest things or simply don't answer them. No customer or solution orientation whatsoever

  There seems to be a very bad working atmosphere there, which is why the women usually go to work in a bad mood and absolutely listless. Cat theater right at the counter, no smiles! I was a customer there for a very long time and I have to say that the Wahlstedt & Bad Segeberg branches have deteriorated greatly in terms of customer service. Bad leadership shows up this way first!

  Cannot recommend the bank when it comes to building financing. Had to deal with Mr. K. for around 7 months in 2021, lots of calculations and adjustments. Taking the investment bank with you was only supposed to be a formality, at the crucial moment the customer advisor was on vacation, the investment bank dropped out and in the end the bank left the customer out in the cold without looking for a replacement solution. But first, always make sure the customer is safe. Luckily, we then found and secured a reputable bank with significantly better conditions for building financing for us. Conclusion: At the beginning a lot of trust was built, honey was put on the lips and at the crucial moment we backed down. Good for us in hindsight, but I cannot recommend this bank when it comes to building financing.
