The recorded announcement is annoying: Unfortunately we have too many calls and cannot answer them. Please understand - it simply doesn't work if it runs all day. The announcement goes without any attempt at acceptance e.g. B. Answered at 9:20 a.m. So during opening hours. What is that supposed to achieve? One can speak of no accessibility..

::I quickly got an appointment and the friendly staff member on the phone was able to allay some of my fears about the examination. The impression was confirmed on site, staff and doctors were all happy, took patients' fears and concerns seriously and understood how to deal with them. Thank you for that!
