An employee was very helpful and helped me a lot, even though it was actually after 1 p.m. and the staff would have had their lunch break, so they still took great care of me always my pleasure. ::I stop here to write this words because the last time when i was in the office of postbank i was really surprized (in a good way) i was having difficulty for the aplication of the account and some anothers problems and in less that 20 minutes they help me whit all.verry nice and kind the women from there tried to speak in english because me i dont speak germany even have call a colleg to help me whit the online banking. I wanna say to then Thank you for help me and if you have any issue go there you will receive help imediatly !
