::Terrible customer service ( I am talking about the people in Büro where is written enquiry. One fat man sitting there and looking at his phone videos . When I asked him to help me to show how it works machine for money transfer he is basically ignored me and said he can’t help me . I am asking Management of this filial to check with all workers and remind them to why they’re there !!!! To serve the customers !!! Or am I wrong ???!

::Service was super unfriendly and unwelcome. I forgot the pin my card was blocked , they said I must get a new card and pin sent to home...why do I need a new debit card , i didnt lost it??? After waiting fir month nothing was sent. I return to another branch and check , they said I should only need a new pin by letter. Not a new card need.... Therefore I was fooled by another branch because I am asian and not know German... their customer service was disasters I decided to terminate the account.

::SCHLESCHTESTE service ever. I'm living in Berlin and the people are nicer there (as opposed to what I've heard that service in munich is better). We bought a large and a medium box with packaging tape and went to pack and came back to send the parcel. The lady ove rthe counter started SHOUTING at us asking for some QR code in german. My German was not so great and she was so arrogant that she didn't even bother to explain what the heck wa sthe problem. We had to pay again for all the boxes and tapes and she was so bad, I would like to let the higher personnel at Postbank teach her how to behave to customers first. Don't know her name but could give the details of my visit time if possible through your website. WE ARE FREAKING PAYING FOR OUR STUFF. WE SHOULD BE GIVEN PROPER SERVICE. SEHR SEHR SCHLECHT SERVICE!! NEVER BACK AGAIN.!

::The staff here are so accommodating. They are proactive in approaching customers & they’d give us all the info we need. They even gave us a big box to fit all our goods. Polite, helpful, good souls! 🫶🏼
