  I went there to pick up my parcel and they were close, then I find an announcement on the door that they are closed now and will open in 30 min, however I waited more than 45 minutes so they get open.

  Nice little shop, nice service. If you have to wait at peak times, you can at least have a coffee 😉. I prefer it to the post office in Kelkheim

  Very nice staff and a lovely shop to buy festival  gifts, pet food, magazines, candles, gift cards, coffee, post cards, and they also have a small bakery

  Wanted to withdraw €200 (!) from my Postbank checking account. But the store didn't have enough cash to pay out this "astronomical" sum. For a company that is an official postal bank branch, this is a disgrace in the best sense of the word.

  Impossible! It couldn't be more unfriendly and I won't be visiting this post office again. Today we stood in line for >45 minutes and had the door closed in our faces in a very rude manner. This is definitely friendlier and more systematic FOR the customer. Despite living in Kelkheim, we will no longer go there. Shameful and harmful for the German postal service!
