::Dear police officers, I've been living in Memhard Str for 9 years now and Alexanderplatz is practically my front yard. I have seen the development first hand and can confirm from my own experience and seen that since you placed the small area in the middle of the Alex everything has changed for the better. I am very happy and also my neighbors and fellow human beings that we always have a point of contact and that just because of their presence people who are consciously looking for trouble do this elsewhere. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work and I am glad that you are here. Now a personal thank you to Mr. Schubert. Last week I was in the suburb for the first time because of a private incident in which I had to report something. Mr. Schubert took a long time to express himself and honestly listened to my concerns and responded to me and gave me more than the feeling that he wanted to help me. That was very encouraging in the situation and after the interview I was very grateful for the quick processing and for the encouragement he gave me. Please continue to follow your work with this attitude and I hope that many of your colleagues who are still new to work can transfer this work ethic to yourself and help other people as you do. ::At a time when the officials are often rightly criticized, it is also necessary to express praise. The late shift on Sunday, August 23rd, 2020 - helpful, courteous and nice. That gives hope! There are uniformed officers in Berlin who do their job well and who are worthy of the reputation: police are the helpers and protectors. Thank you for the good experience and the help.
