::A seemingly comfortable stay in a beautiful place took an ugly turn when the management took it upon themselves to criticize our parenting and take on a moralistic tone about our conduct. We were forced to cut our trip short. Please don’t boast about your wonderful hospitality (which seems fine at face value), but is a lie. The restaurant staff were lovely and took the time to listen to our special requests with children in tow. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Moreover, would not recommend this place to an international crowd as we definitely sniffed out some racist undertones to the whole thing.

::Horrible experience, had to leave the hotel before completing the stay. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast had very less options and not at all suitable for vegetarians. Not recommended this property for International guests.

::The hotel staff were fantastic. They were extremely nice and helpful. The room itself was very nice and clean, it had everything we needed for a short stay. The spa and wellness area was very nice, and again the staff was excellent. The beer bath was particularly enjoyable. We also enjoyed the candle light dinner which was an excellent 4 course meal, the wait staff was extremely friendly and accomodating, the pacing was perfect. Fantastic place for a short stay to just get away, relax, and enjoy a comfy little spa or nice dinner.

::Very quiet. Nothing really happens anywhere. Even hard to find places for food. Breakfast is very basic and not adjusted for vegan. Also rooms look a bit old fashion :( but overall nice place.

::Nice place to stay if you want to visit the places around. We used Expedia to book the room and it was okay for the price. Staff is very nice and well organized. Our reservation said free Wi-Fi included (you need to get a pin at the reception for free) but it was not working.
