::Nice contact and quick production even of small quantities. Unfortunately, the customer is expected to have a lot of prior knowledge and the print previews sent are absolutely not valid - neither for the placement of the print nor for the appearance of, for example, rasterized images. In one order (see pictures) the picture became so much lighter through the grid at one point in the upper right corner that you can barely read the white writing over it ("AM"). In the print preview (screenshot) this was shown differently and I was not advised that the background should be made darker, for example, that would not have been a problem. In another reorder, the second email was simply printed 4cm higher than the first order. The chest pressure became more like neck pressure and the shirts are unusable. The print preview looked like a normal chest print - rule of thumb is a good hand's width from the collar. Unfortunately that was only 4 fingers in print. It just looks weird. Upon request, it will be completely blocked - no reprint, no reimbursement, no suggested solutions. Instead, first the statement that ODS would offer the shirts like this (nice for them, but unfortunately I'm the customer) and that a deviation of 1–2 cm is normal (I agree, 4 cm not). Then came the hint that I should have given the desired distance between the print and the collar in cm - always good to know afterwards, if I only worked in the screen printing workshop, then I might have known that beforehand;) I wonder why a print preview is sent at all. If this is not valid, potential risks are not pointed out and in the end the customer is then held responsible for errors, you could leave it alone. Overall unprofessional behavior in my opinion.
