::Staff was a bit unprofessional. During a promotional program, they forgot to reduce the final price for me. Thus, I needed to go back there a day after in order to claim my overpaid money. They wasted so much time working on my case, but the result was not better than I expected. I got my overpaid money back, but the new receipt showed that I have paid for only 2 items instead of 3. However, I have lost only €6 for tax refund (I was a tourist), but I wonder if my products get proper warranty time or not. I did not come back the third time because I needed to prepare for my upcoming flight. Location of Media Markt is quite far away from the city center. You have to take a bus or drive by yourself there. Luckily they have a parking lot. Not all staff could speak languages that are differ from German. Ensure that you can understand the language, use Google Translate or bring a German speaking friend with you. Product range is wide, you can find almost any new tech gadgets here from smartphones, smart speakers to smart home equipments. Price is competitive compared to other competitors like Saturn. In addition, they also sell beverages here.
