    Went to the emergency room with my daughter yesterday because of a pinched finger. It is completely clear that there will be waiting times...also that treatment is based on urgency. I'm a nurse myself and I really have all the understanding in the world about it. What I don't understand, however, is the really poor organization of the work processes. First we went to the medical on-call service. Waited there first. Then the completely “surprising” measure: X-rays. Yes, of course. That's why we came...we didn't just want to show off the beautiful blue color of her finger...so we got a note that we should have an X-ray...registered at the ZNA and then waited there for 3.5 hours . When we were called, a doctor looked at the hand AGAIN... and completely unexpectedly: X-ray... then to radiology... and then waited another 40 minutes for the evaluation. This organization is completely wrong! It would be better if patients come to the X-ray with the note... IMMEDIATELY go to the X-ray, then come to the ZNA with the images and the doctor can do everything at once. Instead of going to the doctor 3 times... once unnecessarily twice - 2 doctor contacts would then be completely sufficient and it would be a significant time saving. Less stress for your staff and less waiting time for patients. The employees were all very nice and helpful...but you urgently need to revise your organization in your own interest.

    Best clinic! When I have something stationary again, I will only go here and where I come from Hesse. I've been there for 4 days now. I have never experienced such great nursing staff and doctors! Everyone is in a good mood, takes time for you and gives you the feeling that you are taken seriously and that you are being looked after. The nursing staff was great and loving. Even though many people are certainly stressed, you don't notice it. Doctors explained everything well and understandably. Here you don't just get dealt with in a run-of-the-mill way. Time management is also insane. Things progressed quickly in the emergency room and the examinations the following day with echo and CT were completed within 4 hours. Food was also ok and the rooms were adequate for the occasion. The small park at the back where you can relax and get some air is a small oasis of peace. Water, tea and coffee available to patients at all times. The administrative staff is also worth mentioning and is very friendly, as are the cleaning fairies on the wards. Some clinics can learn a lesson here. Special greetings and many thanks to Station 1.2...keep it up and stay as you are!

    Highly unprofessional, we had an appointment at 12:00, the doctor was not here, we waited until 15:00, the patient went to the toilet, they called the name of the patient, i told them that the patient will return that she went to the toilet, she returned in about 1 minute, the doctor saw her and called another patient right in front of the patient. That does not go for me.

    Two stars only because it is below german standards. It is old hospital in need of renovation. Three beds room without bathroom. I came in emergency, they dont prowithe nothing. I slept in my clothes, they dont have pajamas, towel, shampoo, etc... Feeling like in prison, they have bars on the windows. The staff, medical treatment and hygiene deserve five stars, I can not complain.
