::its clear to notice that all their workers have 0 knowledge how to work in such a segment. It looks more their workers was working before in a bakery or translation. Service level 0, knowledge level 0, so its clear to understand that its very hard for LV to find good workers in Berlin. I highly recommend a LV executive to make a test in this store and to replace the current store manager as its very bad experience.
