::In the branch in Drochtersen today I was treated substandardly and "advised" by an employee in a pre-booked consultation. She was clearly overwhelmed in every way by my request, even though she had a week to prepare for the appointment. She tried several times to cover this up with a bold demeanor and belittling questions. Examples: “How do you imagine that?”, “Have you Googled this information?” "Who told you that?" "I don't need anything like that." etc. In short, I was treated like a supplicant and should clearly be put in my place. The etiquette really, really urgently needs an impressive follow-up training. Conclusion: Never again!
