::Very negative approach to a patient from another country, with German insurance. Complete ignorance and lack of empathy and respect for a man who urgently needs help due to severe chest pain. No reaction from the staff, as if the person was invisible or a ghost. After a few hours, we had to go to another hospital to get appropriate help. I definitely do not recommend this hospital as a foreigner, even though I have German insurance.

::So I reported here acutely with severe pain in my head and face. I was treated very kindly and kindly at the emergency room registration station. It didn't even take me a minute and I was immediately taken to the check-up. The sisters were also very nice and helpful. I was referred to a specialist. To be honest, I was impressed by the treatment of specialist Dr. Alexandra Gey really excited 😊. Mrs. Gey took over me very well. I noticed that Ms. Gey loves her job very much and does it from the heart. Thank you for your effort and the great treatment. Please stay forever, dear Ms. Gey!

::I went to urology via ambulance and emergency room. Had 2 operations and both went perfectly. The nurses in urology were all super friendly and helpful and I was out after 2 days. It's a nice hospital with simple directions. Shoutout to the senior doctor who found a vein in me :)

::Staff extremely unfriendly. I wanted to congratulate my mother-in-law, who suffers from severe dementia, on her birthday by phone! I was told to call her on her cell phone. My objection that she doesn't have a cell phone and can't use a phone because of her illness was dismissed with the comment that we can give the work phone to a patient. Then the phone was simply hung up. As an employee in a hospital you should have a certain level of empathy. This behavior is simply inhumane!
