::An appointment is made with the very friendly and competent senior doctor for a small outpatient procedure. Well so far. Then you get an envelope that contains a ticket number. On the day of the operation, envelope opened and I should have been admitted to the hospital 1 day beforehand! Cheek! I then drove home, who knows what would have happened without my consent .......

::An absolute insolence what is subtracted here. Seriously ill patients are kept waiting for an appointment for over a month anyway, only to receive a surprising call on the day of the appointment, that the appointment has to be postponed for some inexplicable reason and you should still wait almost another month and a half! Do yourself a favor and find a competent practice. This already fails when making an appointment.
