After waiting endlessly, I came to the treatment room for an examination. There was an unfriendly assistant doctor there who was in top form in front of some students. The most beautiful rooster in the stable was in top form and poked me painfully twice in my defective inner ear. Now the eardrum was guaranteed to be broken! Oh sorry! Yes, it's defective, he said and smiled at the ladies. Shocked by his assessment, I asked for his superior doctor. He came looking puzzled and left without saying anything. Great situation when a senior doctor behaves so disinterestedly. Meanwhile the rooster continued to mess around with the young girls. The fact that a senior doctor behaved like that and ignored the behavior of the assistant doctor completely shocked me. Out of frustration I said, this behavior isn't acceptable and I'm going to complain. Then the assistant doctor said... go ahead!! Hello, how rude and incompetent are these gentlemen!? I got no help and have been numb to this site ever since. Major surgery must now be carried out to repair the damage. Unfortunately in Germany there is no chance of taking action against these incompetent doctors! That's why I advise everyone to go to a different clinic, not this disaster university clinic department.

Had a fixed appointment in February 2024 for leukoplakia vocal cords. 1 week in advance it is canceled by phone because there are supposedly too many new arrivals. Hello? I had an appointment!
