  Great deal. Very nice goods. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. I have sent my parcels and parcels several times and have always received competent and correct service.

  I've experienced it before, but now was the highlight. If you are unable to calculate postage correctly, you should consider not letting some people go to the counter. But telling me can be that the package will come back (since the more expensive postage was supposed to be on it), which was the case two days later, but with a sticker (as I found out on the phone from customer service) to put it on it still at the counter is more than audacious. Especially since I was at two other counters here with the package and they confirmed that it was an S package and that it was paid for. It is to be taken into account that expert staff were there today and sent the package to me again at no additional cost. But the person waiting for the package is now also very angry because of the delay. That's it, I won't be sending any more mail there and I think the complaint will go to the post office as well.

  Difficult to evaluate. It's great that Much has a shop like this. The range is large and well thought out. The prices are fair. There is a post office station. Sometimes you're lucky and the employees are polite and friendly, sometimes it's the exact opposite. I find that very stressful.

  Very unfriendly, not customer oriented at all. Half an hour after opening, all the stands were still in the store and then you were insulted because you didn't have a cell phone with you to provide proof of 2G. How would you know if the sign with the information wasn't in front of the door? I've always had bad experiences with the store and only go in there because the mail is in there. Never again!
