  Took the big program. Car was cleaned well, but unfortunately stubborn stains did not go away.

  The waitress speaks hardly any German, 10 he card cannot be purchased, will change the car wash

  Very rude employee. No instruction on how to drive on the car wash received, so we did not know that neither the gear nor the handbrake should be engaged and we were insulted in a foreign language because of course we did not know. Customer service is definitely different !!! If the employee does not feel like instructing the driver, signs would be attached! We don't even talk about the maintenance of the system, we were afraid that the "hair dryer" would crash on our car at any moment, the way it wobbled and it was rusty. Even cleaning at Aral takes much longer than here. Furthermore, my car was just as wet after the "hair dryer" as before! The driver behind us was insulted as much as we were ;-) you have to give them very competent. Here you like to leave your money, NOT! Am very disappointed!

  Friendly and technically competent Service. I can anytime recommend. "Small" flaw: Vacuum cleaner not always in one good condition.
