::Unfortunately, the branch has now become a ghost branch where you can no longer get anything done. I've been trying to transfer the account to me for months - nothing happens. My two emails weren't even answered. They can no longer be reached by phone either. You have to call Munich and then you're on hold for a very long time. The result was then another useless 40 minutes today. Then completely hung up in frustration.
