::The owner and his wife are real scammers. I was renting apartment from them for years, on leaving they denied to return the Kaution due to imperfections which were here BEFORE my rental period, despite new paint job I did. I'm afraid that the owners are far beyond the constructive criticism moment, deep into denial phase. 3 stars? No way.
