  Outrageously rude, the contact person didn't identify himself by name at the beginning of the conversation, even when asked, the answer was no, we don't use names. At the end of the phone call, it was clear to me. I had to explain to the employee his job, according to which he made false statements. Even when I repeatedly googled the matter, the only answer I got was that he didn't feel like it. This bank is disgraceful. If I could I would give 0 stars.

  Incredibly unprofessional. Been a customer for years, the masks fell off when I canceled. You don't have to have jokes and grudges as a parting gift after years of looking after your portfolio. The care wasn't even economically profitable! The payouts were a joke and sometimes in the red! The main thing is that the bank employee and the bank collect their commissions. A broken system in which the arbitrariness of decision-makers is imposed on the legitimate donor!

  Wouldn't even let me use their phone to call HSBC Australia regarding a fraudulent card and my inability to use it. Pathetic. Will be closing my account. They also didn't answer the buzzer, got let it by a delivery driver. Seriously, a customer who didn't have the ability to use a toll free number is a disgrace.

  Since my English isn't great and I just wanted an email address from the bank branch in London, I called here in Hamburg. But no concession whatsoever, just a reference to the bank in London. There is no email address on the website in London, only a telephone number. But as I already said, unfortunately my English isn't good enough for that

  Short on the phone, but of limited help. Definitely not as customer focused and friendly as I'm used to from "HSBC UK".
