  Decent hotel. 24 hour front desk. Polite staff. Many parking spaces. Has a McDonald's and supermarkets nearby. Room service could be improved.

  Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms are very nice, clean and the bed compfy. Lost my credit card in the room, got returned to me the next day. Buffet Breakfast. 5/5

  Value for money is definitely very good. It is a budget-oriented hotel, location is nice - next to Aldi and McDonald's. The room is very small and has a smell of cigarette smoke, all my clothes is smelly now. Breakfast seems to be overpriced as McDonald's nearby offers a better option.

  My room was fine although the tv didn't work. I only stayed one night. All of the public spaces were dirty and not maintained. There were also guests who were incredibly noisy throughout the night and staff did nothing to calm them down. I have stayed at other hotels by this chain and they were pleasant experiences. I will not return to the Offenbach hotel.
