  Hotel costs are in no relation to extremely expensive parking costs. Why? Service excellent, Breakfast quite okay, local beer and good Burger. Would recommend the Hotel except the costs for car parking. Room okay, but Aircon too noisy and opening the window, when road view, not possible. Would recommend a room at backside...

  Very comfortable hotel, big room, quite. Bathroom is nice and clean. Tasty, fresh breakfast. Good option during my business trip. I wouldn't need more.

  We were here for a congress and didn’t stay the night so my review is biased on that. The conference rooms are nice but a little bit cold and the toilets are far away. The food was great and there was a great selection of vegetarian options. It is in walking distance from Bus and U-Bahn. Eppendorf is also beautiful.

  I could say that it was generally a nice hotel EXCEPT my room was very cold. I literally walked in one evening and it was colder that the corridor outside. I told the desk downstairs but the only thing I got was a series of fake excuses, including that the gas prices are too high (expected the room payment to include basic heating though...) or that they had a heating issue in half the hotel. Result was that nobody actually did anything and I had issues sleeping at night (which I also told the desk but apparently we're okay with that). Wasn't happy with the service.
