::No cleaning service in the room. Shower inundated the bathroom. No elevators. No handsoap. I don't understand why this hotel has been rated so highly.

::Very low quality. Despite having double room reservation I was given single bed room. After call to manager the problem was solved. Rooms clean, but furnitures are already old and in poor quality. Breakfast good.

::Very inflexible hotel unfortunatelly. I booked a room in the morning and in the evening had to cancel it unfortunatelly. Due to the fact that my rate was withiout the possibility to cancel it free of charge. I asked them to cancel on the very same day, even charging me a fine if they wanted, but they do not really care, saying this is the roomrate you chose, and that's it. I had similiar situations with other hotels, and NOT EVEN ONE HOTEL was so inflexible.

::Nice hotel with friendly staff at decent prices. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately had it fixed and compensated us for our inconvenience. We would definitely pick this hotel again when in the area.

::I was there to visit my parents staying there. So i can not say that much about service but i really liked the interior and the feeling and softness of the bed. They said the breakfast was okay but not great so only 4/5 Stars.
