  My friend went there because of an urgent problem. He was then the first patient when the store opened. Waited alone in front of the door for 15 minutes until he looked in. Was then handled at the counter and told to wait outside and couldn't just come in. Besides, he can't just come like that. An appointment is available in 3 weeks. Doctor shouted from behind just as unfriendly. Problem not solved, unnecessary waiting time, completely unfriendly! Definitely not recommended!!

  I have been a patient in this practice for years and always feel well treated due to the professional attitude of the doctors and team. Appointments are kept so waiting times are short. The team is wonderfully well-coordinated, polite, friendly and reliable. I am happy to be cared for in this practice.

  When I entered the practice as a new patient, I was warmly welcomed. The doctor examined me and gave me understandable feedback. The interaction was respectful and sensitive.

  on October 2nd At 8:00 a.m. I asked for a referral to the university clinic because of renal colic and an upcoming operation. After checking my insurance card, I was informed that I had not been present in 11 years and what I now expected. I should have called in because it wouldn't have worked without an appointment. I replied that there had been no need for action in the last few years and that I should now be back in the clinic in 2 hours. I was referred to the family doctor. Since I didn't have one, I should look for one. I received instructions from my new family doctor within 15 minutes and was at the university clinic on time.
