::I evaluate ward 5 with the senior physician Dr. Sümrüt and all its employees. That was my third stay in the clinic. Each time I was admitted with severe pain and discharged in great shape. Thank you Dr. Sümrüt! They know their craft

::I had surgery on my intervertebral disc on Friday. The anesthetists and all the nurses were super friendly and understanding. Because I was very excited. No matter which staff you encountered on ward 5, they were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The operating doctor is simply great.

::Very nice and friendly doctors, although i don't speak german too well and i only know a little bit , they helped me a lot with my emergency and talked slowly so i can understand and even used Google translate for me for the times i didn't understand an important word, so i could answer the questions. As i was nervous a little bit cause it was my first time in hospital and without knowing the language very well but their kindness and patience made me calm. Although with all the busyness and long working hours they still are kind and caring and that i appreciate so much. Thank you,

::I would like to report a worker of yours how answered the phone on the 23 sept 2021 - I am speaking only English - and he closed the phone on me. And then I called back and he refused to talk or to tell me his name and he didn’t want to give me help for my needs. I wonder is this a normal behavior???

::While staff were friendly and service was fairly efficient, I am unhappy with the fact that I was misdiagnosed when sent to the hospital's ER for an ankle injury. Was told I had a sprain and to walk it off despite clearly not being able to put weight on my foot due to the pain. Went back to my home country's hospital for a second opinion and was told I actually had a fracture after additional inspection.
