::So I'm very disappointed with the practice, I've been a patient for over 10 years and have been trying to get an appointment for the last 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone either it is busy or it rings. You can't get an appointment online UNLESS you have private insurance. What is that? Are you worth less as someone with statutory health insurance? I'm going to change doctors now. That's not possible the way people treat their patients here. I have the feeling that it's all about profit here. It's a shame actually.

::Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dermatologist at all. I went there once for a laser treatment and the treated area didn't get any better but actually got deeper! At the other appointment he gave a wrong diagnosis and wanted laser treatment again, even though the skin had calmed down on its own after a week. Thank God I found another doctor with whom I now feel in good hands and with good professional advice!
