::My husband had an appointment with this dentist yesterday. He was turned away by the receptionist on the grounds that it was not first aid. He should come back in 6 months or not until he breaks a tooth. Is that normal? His concerns were not even heard by the receptionist. 3 girls just stood at the counter and had private conversations. And something like that should be customer-friendly. No thanks !
