::I have to get rid of this because I've had bad experiences with the branch in Niederkaufungen in the past. I'm happy to take the longer journey to Oberkaufungen. I feel in good hands there, very helpful, super friendly and very patient. Going to the post office can also be fun, even if you have to send something abroad and need help.

::Seriously? Only open for two hours on Saturday?? And only an hour to pick up packages?? Thanks for that... Orders will be sent to the packing station again soon, so at least you can get to your packages as soon as you have time... Yesterday I would have had more than enough time to pick up my package, but for some reason that is never explained, I am not allowed to pick up my package on the day it was dropped off at the branch... Great service... Edit: Apart from Saturdays, the only day I could go to the branch would be Mondays. And even then I only have a time window of 15-30 minutes, depending on the traffic... On all other days the post office is closed before I even get off work, not to mention the travel time. Even on Friday, when I regularly finish work early, it's been closed for two hours... So I wouldn't have had more than enough time yesterday, because when I got home your doors had already been closed for almost two and a half hours... Worker-friendly? No way!
