::A prime example of why the trend is increasingly towards online services. Ultra, slow, unstructured, sometimes grossly unfriendly. Packages are only found after repeated requests to look again, and not as isolated cases. No service orientation at all.

::Top service provider. Sarcasm out. Package could not be delivered even though you are at home. So off to the DHL branch. This apparently closes the shop before the official closing times. I'm standing in front of the closed shop door, the staff behind it, grinning at me in a friendly way and shaking their head according to the motto: "Ällabätsch, Ällabätsch"
