::The situation for employees and customers at a post office in a supermarket is simply a catastrophe. The post offices fell victim to the company's cost-cutting measures. That was the biggest mistake in Deutsche Post's service policy. It's not called Germany's service desert for nothing. Finally build real post offices with their own premises again! Because if the employees were doing well, with a decent working atmosphere, then they would be friendly and the customer would be king again.

::At Edeka, the post office has two counters where you can get good service from the friendly ladies. Sometimes the queue is very long due to the crowds. Men and women can get rid of everything that has to do with the post here.
