::Very nice gym with very friendly trainers. There’s alll you need for your own workout, lots of nice courses (all in german but easy to understand) And sauna and steamroom to relax after your session. Always clean and functional.

::I have never encountered such RUDE/DISCRIMINATIVE staff (Jennifer?) at a gym before. I was kicked out of the gym for wearing my gym clothes to the gym... She claimed that I was given a warning before, yet I have never seen this woman in my life and she continued to call me a liar. Maybe she had mistaken me for another 'Asian'. Weirdly enough, there were three women who entered the gym in their gym gear before me yesterday (and nearly every other day) and there were no dramas.

::RUDE, UNFRIENDLY STAFF I've been a member of Fitness First in Australia and in the UK and I have never had an issue with the gym or the staff members until in Germany. I've been to gyms around Europe and I have never been told that I need a clean pair of shoes to use the gym. It isn't stated in the contract other. Sorry I'm a fitness fanatic and I wear my shoes out. The only 'large' girl behind the counter apparently is a bully. How is it right to stop someone from trying to exercise and look after their health? It's obvious that I am not German and can't yet speak German so she chose her target wisely. She said that this was my second warning yet I've never seen her before. You would think that paying 50€ a month for a gym, you would get treated better.

::My wife signed in on this gym because it provided the option of child care. Sure, that's a good idea if well executed. Unfortunately the service is not good, our kid ended up hating this place, and they were not interested at all in helping us out. Plus the child care is really small, so you will be lucky if you find an available spot, which you usually have to book 3 or more days in advance. The membership we paid (around 50 Euro!) only allows her to use that branch. That's really expensive if you think that Superfit costs 20bucks (or even less) and you can use any branch. The place is very small, and there are not many options and classes to choose from. Last thing to mention is that I tried to help my child liking this place by staying with him in the child care area for some time, but after a couple of days we were notified that I was not allow to do that. I could rant about this place longer, but I will just leave it like that. If you have a child, and want to do stay fit, I recommend you to seriously reconsider going to this place.
