  I had very good experiences there. However, I also had relatively few changes in therapists. The room was very inviting and the location, close to the forest, was also very idyllic. Above all, the therapeutic karate, creative media, natural healing space and the eating structure group have helped me a lot. However, the clinic is described on the website as barrier-free. FYI: There are some elevators, but they do not lead to all rooms. I still see a need for improvement or more open communication there. I felt very comfortable there and went home strengthened and stabilized. Addendum: As a needle phobic, I would have been happy to have had someone with me to take my blood. Maybe this would be something that could be worked on in the future. Thank you very much for your effort

  I regret to inform you that the recording process optimization is not appropriate. For over 5 weeks I have been trying to call the admission psychologist, Ms. Busch, at the specified times, every minute. Mondays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Strange that the answering machine starts at 10:59 a.m. and 1:59 p.m. and continues until the end of that time. It is not worth considering the use of this strategy as some compatriots exclude patients from the clinic. So that they give up on their own. In my life I have been to a rehabilitation clinic twice, acute psychosomatics three times, and different clinics each time. I have never experienced a recording process like this. Other clinics even make an appointment by post or email for the intake interview. Based on the clinic reviews, I decided to withdraw my hospital admission and registration at Heiligenfeld Kliniken.

  My stay here in the specialist clinic was the “trip of my life”. I was there in June, July 2023. For me it wasn't a cold clinic, but a warm living space in which I found myself again. The beginning was difficult, yes. Everything is good at first and the therapists are crazy and shake everything up in you. Of course, some people struggle with this, including me at the beginning. In retrospect, I realized that it was the right thing to do... stir everything up and then put it back together so that it can heal. The clinic's approach is holistic, even esoteric. That's exactly what's great. That is exactly the primal power within us. With depression, access to liveliness is lost. Only through deep natural laws can you get back into vibration and that is exactly what is so valuable and the completely right way. That's why the negative reviews hurt my heart. Come into feeling and go into nature and yes, hug trees, swim in the river and take advantage of all the profound offers the clinic has to offer. It's so healing. I would also like to highlight the kitchen, which offered great food. Natural, pure, gluten-free and even organic and with lots of delicious vegetables. Many people also lack proper nutrition when suffering from depression. That's why it's so important to pay attention to this. I would particularly like to praise the senior doctor, Ms. Moldor, who shook me up deeply with her strong words and who are still listening to me and helping me. Mr. Ihl, my psychologist also did a great job and brought me back to center. Heiligenfeld and Bad Kissingen is the best place to come alive again and take part in life. My deepest thanks from all my heart.

  After almost 2 weeks, I came out of this clinic sicker than when I first went in. At the Heiligenfeld specialist clinic, the patient has many rules and obligations to follow, but almost no rights. When I expressed to my therapist in a one-on-one conversation that I didn't have the right chemistry with her, she didn't respond to it in any way, but instead threatened me several times: "If you don't cooperate immediately, this is over," and in the next step I was from the senior doctor who didn't even want to LISTEN to me because she said "no time"! expelled from the clinic from one hour to the next. In my opinion, the risk of retraumatization for patients here is very high; I just experienced it myself.

  This summer I spent 6 weeks at the Heiligenfeld specialist clinic in Bad Kissingen for initial stabilization. This was my first inpatient hospital stay. The concept helped me a lot and was good for me. My reference therapists were competent, sensitive and always available on weekdays. Trained staff (care team) provided help and support 24/7. Although I was skeptical about group therapy, these sessions were very effective and healing. Creative therapy took place in the afternoons. This was also strange for me at first. However, if you commit to it, you will get to the root of your problems in just a few days. This is very painful and is certainly a point at which many patients end their stay. If you persevere, you will experience healing. The entire staff, whether cleaning or kitchen, always tries to make everyone as pleasant as possible. If you as a patient politely seek conversation, you will respond immediately (repairs, assistance, ...). Accommodation in single rooms with private bathrooms is very good for a clinic. Numerous rooms (music room, art room, meditation room, etc.) can be used outside of therapies. The food is predominantly vegetarian and organic. You can always choose between different offers. All food intolerances are taken into account. There are numerous stairs on the site, which is difficult for people with walking difficulties and appears to have not been communicated before the photo was taken. There is a lot of catching up to do at this point. I can and will recommend this clinic to anyone whose diagnosis fits the specified treatment spectrum.
