::What’s the point of booking a car to find they don’t have it available?? I booked a Golf automatic online for 6 days , when we arrived to pick it up I was told sorry we don’t have one you can have the 9 seater van which is an automatic or the larger Volvo v60 which is manual (we live in the UK and drive on the left and I drive an automatic) . After a discussion with the lady dealing with us another man in the office told us” oh the car you had booked was bought back today damaged and needs to go into the garage”….. he must have thought I was born yesterday !!!!!!! What can you do in such a situation you have a car booked for a holiday ????? So though I was not happy I ended up taking the larger manual and then felt compelled to pay the extra 99 euros to cover the insurance. I will not use Enterprise again as not only did I pay about £40 more for the automatic it cost me a further £100 for the extra insurance. So car rental for 6 days was £260.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::My experience with Enterprise has been very good. The procedure to rent a car is fairly simple. The car they gave me almost brand new. The rent they charged was the lowest at that time.

::Crazy and not serious company ! You need to go away and don't book a car there at first we wait 3hours to have the car and the girl said "just fiew minutes we wach the car" ...after 3 hours the car is coming and not wach... 2nd : I will pro gate the rent she said ok we need you come back to the agency for that...so I'll come and it was for nothing no signature anywhere until today I don't know why she said come here 3rd normaly I should come back with the car today at 2pm I called this morning to prolongate until thuersday a girl answer me no problem I call you back and now another girl called me to say you never call nobody had your called you need to return the car right now! And when I talk to her to explain the girl don't stop to say WHERE ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU..... Crazy compagny you need to run away!!!
