::After multiple treatments at the Radebeul Breast Center, I can only report positive things for the most part. Everyone involved (doctors, nurses, nurses, physiotherapists, psycho-oncologists...) tried their best to make the hospital stay as pleasant as possible. They were always friendly and willing to help at any time and tried to fulfill all wishes. Thanks.

::I have been treated several times in the plastic department at the Elbland Clinic and am very satisfied. Dr. Marx, Dr. Carol, Dr. Morgenstern and Ms. Ehrhardt, as well as their entire team, are always friendly and seem very competent. Dr. I got to know Caro as a very patient-oriented doctor who is charming and friendly and takes a lot of time for his patients. I am very satisfied with his work and everyone on the ward was very positive about the results. While Dr Caro seems to operate on almost everyone, Dr. Marx now primarily operates on self-payers and cancer patients. The sisters are super nice and always try to make sure everything goes well. It's not uncommon for people to ask you if there's anything that could be done for you and the sisters seem to have enough time for their work. In any case, you get the impression that there is no time pressure. The disadvantage of the station is the long waiting times. Dr. Marx and Dr. Caro are sought-after surgeons, which is why plastic patients may have to wait a year for their appointment. I have also heard from other patients that their appointments were sometimes even postponed at very short notice. However, this is partly due to the fact that it is still a hospital and not a private clinic, and there are health cases (not only in the department, but also from other departments - there also have to be free operating theaters and operating room staff available). now ahead. Cancer patients get appointments at very short notice in the PRB department, and I have also heard a lot of positive things from other patients. What I also have to say is that the station is very beautiful. Floors, murals, paintings, etc - great. It's not so sterile and simple but rather homely. A beautiful terrace and seating areas also spice things up. But my favorite place was the lounge. I think it's great that the ward encourages patients to meet and always eat together. This way you get to know each other and hear lots of interesting stories and fates and you can also share great experiences. The contact even cheers up cancer patients. There is a buffet for breakfast and dinner, almost like in a hotel, you can help yourself and eat as much as you want. You have to order lunch in advance, but it always tastes great. And in the lounge itself, you can help yourself to fruit, oatmeal, muesli, biscuits, crispbread, cocoa and milk, coffee, tea and water. It's almost a wellness station, it doesn't have that typical hospital feeling and that's great. All in all, a nice ward, with friendly, friendly and competent staff and top surgical results. I definitely recommend the ward for plastic, reconstructive and breast surgery at the Elbland Clinic. You just have to be patient for an appointment - unless it is an urgent medical case.

::It's a shame that you can't give it less than one star. My experiences in the women's clinic are more than bad. I would not enter this hospital a second time. Very long waiting times, very unfriendly staff. If you then have to stay in the room until 2 p.m. without information on the day of an operation that is scheduled for 9 a.m., and you are not allowed to drink just a sip of water at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, the impression that has been created is still made better. When you asked when you finally dared to ask when the procedure would take place after "only" a 5-hour delay, you were approached with an aggressive and very annoyed tone, saying that something was changing and you couldn't keep checking. After this announcement, the corresponding nurse came into the room again and followed up accordingly. It's probably not her fault etc. You just have to wait. This has always been the way it has been done in this hospital district, where the patient is not informed. Not to mention the conversations with the doctors. Very arrogant and insulting, the whole conversation was a complete farce. I will NEVER go to this hospital AGAIN.
