::No matter what others say, I always receive friendly service

::Really very unfriendly staff. Words like “Hello, thank you, please” are unfortunately foreign words there. Today at 8:10 a.m. when paying, the lady got so upset because I was paying with a card and didn't tell her in advance and she had to press one more button. The poor woman. So if paying by card isn't the most normal thing these days, then I'm happy to buy somewhere else. It's a shame, because the store otherwise looks very good and is very attractively decorated.

::When I dropped off a package today, I was treated very unfriendly and harshly by a blonde, bespectacled and extremely irritable older lady. When I handed out my receipt it was added again. It may be that not all of the staff act like this, but for the lady in question you might want to reconsider the area of work. Shop therefore only conditionally recommended.

::I haven't experienced such unfriendly staff in a long time. Went there 5 times in total (out of necessity) and every time they were in a bad mood and unfriendly!!! When you hand over packages you basically only get a receipt if the package is insured, but what the ladies forget is that some also keep accounting and have businesses of their own!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!!!

::Absolutely subterranean advice at the parcel shop. Far too expensive shipping stamps are sold that are not necessary. Instead of a package (€4.50), the package price (€7.5) had to be paid for a really small box. When I asked if it was always that expensive, the saleswoman simply said, "I asked you if parcel would be cheaper. Now I can't rebook it." As a customer, I actually expect to be offered what I need and nothing that is significantly more expensive and actually unnecessary for me.
