::A payment of €2600 was supposed to be transferred from Lloyds Bank in London. Brushed off on the phone because as a customer you can't give me any information. Asked the clerk and after 2 minutes of long-distance calling, I received a harsh message that she was not in the house. My English bank requested a message three times about what happened to the money and received no response. Incredible. SERVICE DESERT GERMANY.
