::I have been a patient of this practice for several years and have been more than satisfied so far. All previous surgeries have received excellent care and follow-up care and I am satisfied with every examination. Nurse and doctors always friendly. Waiting times are sometimes a little longer, but completely acceptable. All in all, recommended and I have no hesitation in going to my operation tomorrow.

::I currently have an AHB at the Boltenhagen Beach Clinic and was booked into the practice with an inflamed toe. After a short wait, Dr. Laubinger friendly and competent. The toe had to be operated on and I was looked after nicely by the team. I felt in good hands.

::Waiting time catastrophe, advice to dissatisfied people. Sat for almost 4 hours, despite an appointment and this is not an isolated case as I noticed in the group. After pressure, I was finally next and then sat in the treatment room for over 20 minutes until he was with me.

::Very dissatisfied with the treatment. The operation is evaluated by a colleague. This one doesn't even sit down. I wasn't taken seriously and I wasn't listened to. When the bandage was removed, my skin was cut. The sister didn't need to apologize. I was refused a wheelchair. I should just sit on a chair with my little son.

::Only a recorded message on the phone: Until 5 p.m. without making an appointment. I was there at 3:30 p.m. and waited at the unmanned reception, assuming someone would be right back. The only nurse who spoke to me after waiting for a while did not work in the practice but was only there for some kind of treatment. The other sister was only visible briefly and disappeared before I could speak to her. She herself didn't ask why I was standing there (not out of boredom, that's for sure). A short piece of information that today was bad or whatever would have been enough for me. So you stand there as ordered and not picked up. Thank you for nothing.
