  Status 05/2019: I was in the practice for the first time today. Even though I was about 30 minutes early, my turn came with almost no wait. After taking stock and discussing the history, the doctor immediately carried out the necessary caries treatment and a filling. He was very careful and explained everything in detail. The other staff at the practice are also very friendly and helpful. Another required appointment was also quick to get.

  Best of all, no star at all, by far the worst dentist, simply unprofessional. It's not possible to sit in the treatment chair for 2 minutes and have an appointment wait there for a few hours, although I've often seen that Germans take more time and have priority is not possible at all. That was the last visit. I can't recommend you!!!

  Very nice team, unlike my previous dentist, the doctor doesn't constantly talk me into special measures for expensive money. The long practice times are very useful for me as a professional. Waiting times vary greatly, often short, sometimes very long. Seems to me like good organization, where sometimes complicated cases come up. That's normal too. Friends of mine are anxious patients and are also very happy there. I chose the practice based on these reports, but I am not a fearful patient myself.

  That's all well and good, but if you have an appointment at 10 a.m. and you're waiting, but then a German guy comes much later who also has an appointment at 10 a.m. but comes much later when I'm already waiting and got there before him, it's really rude and It's a shame that it's the first one taken. Because he is German and I am a foreigner? Outrageous !!!!!

  Accident on the weekend. Extreme toothache. I was referred to this practice through the dental emergency service as an emergency dentist on duty from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. The practice was called and another mobile number was announced on the answering machine for urgent emergencies. I also called them and a lady answered who I explained my concerns to at the late hour around 11:00 p.m. Your Answer: It is late now for a consultation or treatment. I should contact the dental emergency service again tomorrow morning and go to the practice that has emergency service. She can't do anything today. That was my experience with this practice.
