::After setting an appointment for the beginning of August 2023 and even calling a day in advance to make sure everything was going well (especially since I had specifically blocked off over two hours in my calendar for this), I found that when I arrived( 09/20/23) was told that I didn't have an appointment. This is not only unprofessional, but also extremely frustrating. Time is valuable and I would have appreciated if mine had been treated the same way. I hope the practice gets a better handle on their appointment management in the future, I will seek my dental needs elsewhere in the future.
