::I am completely satisfied with the treatment here, Dr. Oye takes his time, takes you seriously and is very empathetic. I am very grateful for that. That's what really matters in the end, hence the good rating. However, the telephone availability is poor, as so many write here. I don't understand why this feedback is apparently not being accepted. Despite requesting a callback using the contact form, I was not called back and only received an email back. However, these are at least answered in a friendly and quick manner. Otherwise, either no one ever answers the phone, or you hear an announcement saying that no one is available at the moment. So if you want to clarify something, it's best to go straight to the practice and do it in person. Addendum: Nowadays, people simply hang up for several minutes until the “end of work” announcement comes. I have never experienced such brazen impudence before.

::Not recommended, Dr. M is friendly, but during the conversation he noticed that I actually have a permanent urologist near my home town, Dr. M found that. M. not so good that I'm coming now. I told him that my family doctor had issued the referral with a referral code, and got the appointment from 116117. Dr. M. said if he examined me we wouldn't do that During an examination stay because( loud Diagnosis) you would then have to come several times (my home town 44km away) so there was no examination. P.S I will talk to my family doctor and the health insurance company about it.

::The doctors are great, the ladies at the registration desk are a disaster! I can only recommend the practice itself - and by that I just mean the doctors. Dr. Oye e.g. B. is very committed, courteous, takes time for his patients and my father-in-law feels that he is in very good hands there. Also my experiences with Dr. Kluike are great and I can only recommend them. Unfortunately, this skill does not rub off on the medical assistants. The practice cannot be reached by phone for days or weeks. There was also no response to my wife's repeated email inquiries regarding my father-in-law, who was disabled and had to use a walker. Appointments are simply “cancelled” by the practice, but unfortunately you only find out about this when you are already in the practice for the previously agreed appointment! And then you are simply rudely sent away again. Apparently the practice tried to reach my wife by phone. This was definitely NOT the case. Unfortunately, the very incompetent behavior of the receptionists also reflects poorly on the doctors. Unfortunately, the women didn't understand the purpose of their job and made a very overwhelmed and unfriendly impression. Patient concerns are not taken into account. But that should actually be part of the job - in addition to good organization. The main thing is that you finish work on time.

::I was treated quickly when I went to the doctor with my kidney pain. The doctor was always very friendly... What's not so great is that you can't reach anyone if you call them by phone. You've been trying to reach someone since 8 a.m. but unfortunately without success, otherwise only recommended Kind regards M.T

::I can only recommend this practice. From the very beginning you felt taken seriously and treated well. Communication with Dr. Oye went well at all times. Every question was answered. Only the payment system should be expanded to include contactless smartphones. But that's complaining on a high level. All in all a great team and I would visit this practice again at any time.
