::Alas, my impressions are the saddest. I really hoped he was recommended as a very good doctor. I tried to call for several days, to no avail, so I went myself. However, I was refused an appointment, although I have a referral from my family doctor to an orthopedist. At first, the receptionist said to wait, like they would ask Alixiev. Then one of their employees came out and called me into the X-ray room, I thought that they would give me a new X-ray (I had the result of another one, which I had done at another clinic and showed at the reception). however, this was such a move that I assume that the other patients would not hear what they would say to me. In the X-ray room they told me that doctor Aliksiev is not an ORTHOPEDIST, but just a surgeon and has nothing to do with orthopedics. I say that I came on the recommendations of other patients, good reviews, she answered me that it was all false and I should look on the Internet for an Orthopedist, not a surgeon. I give 2 stars for courtesy...

::I have only words of gratitude for dr.Alexiev and his team, especially nurse Ariana. They took good care of me every single visit before and after the procedure. Dr. Alexiev is experienced professional with kind and friendly approach. He also speaks several languages. I can only say many thanks and all the best!

::Waste of time and no respect. On 25th of January 2022 I have visited your Clinic according to the in advance confirmed and scheduled appointment. Additionally I also communicated the nature of my problem by email directly with Dr. Alexiev. Only at reception, I was informed that Dr. Schinkel could not help me because he has other specialization and I should apply for appointments only to Dr. Alexiev. As a result, my appointment was canceled and I was refused to get any help. Same day I have sent direct email to Dr. Alexeiv with description of situation and request to get other urgent appointment, but it was simply ignored. Above described facts clearly explain and confirm my first statement. I hope you will make right conclusions and speed of your response to your patients will be at least half of the speed of your comments in google maps.

::Completely irresponsible. I made an appointment weeks ago and few days before the day of the appointment they call me to cancel it to offer me one after two months!! They have no respect to the patients as well as their illness or their time!

::Really helpful clinic. Doctor speaks perfect English. Reception is very friendly and nice. Doctor informs very well about the situation. I can definitely recommend.
