::I also wanted to deposit money at the DKB again today, so I drove to the center of Leipzig. ATM DKB? Puppy cake. There is no longer. The service at this bank always leaves something to be desired. You spend at least 30 minutes on hold on the phone if you want to clarify a banking problem and now the ATM has disappeared. DKB... THAT CAN BANK... that was once. I too will be changing credit institutions sooner or later. The DKB is no longer interested in customer service.

::DKB Bank offers me 1 daily money account plus interest. 1 gray EC debit card and 1 dark blue Visa credit card with which I can do everything for free. The account management fees are very low. Personally, I think the offer is very good, withdrawing money is no problem no matter when or where abroad. I'm very old fashioned, I only use the Chip Tan device for browser online banking and the good old SMS Tan device for credit cards. I never need the DKB app, Tan2Go.........

::I've been a customer for 30 years. For a few years now, the business account has cost 15 euros per month. -for what actually? The app works poorly, you constantly have to reactivate TAN2go, which somehow doesn't work this time because you have to enter the activation code in banking, for which you need a tan, which again doesn't work without activation. As I write this, I'm sitting on hold... they wanted to ask the technical department... now they've thrown me out. Even if it takes work, I will probably have to look for another banking service provider.
