::Unfortunately, many reviews seem to refer to the POST branch in the adjacent shopping plaza. Here in Kaufland there is a typical tobacco stationery lottery kiosk with a small post point. Not everything “post” technical is offered here, which is normal. The employees are always very friendly and familiar and can't understand negative things.

::The last landing there is... to describe two situations: An older lady sits down on a small platform (as there was always a long queue in front of the counter) where there was some copy paper for sale. When it was the lady's turn, the employee told her that this was not a chair. The old lady, intimidated, said that she had to sit down because she was dizzy. The employee simply said coldly that it wasn't a chair. The employee has an arm disability... which also seems to affect her head. Second situation: Today the ATM broke again. You get in the long line at 8:45 a.m. before the 9 a.m. opening time... many people already wanted money. At 9:10 a.m. a Postbank employee arrives and announces that the branch will be closed today. People reported sick there. How you get money or hand over your package... it doesn't matter. INCREDIBLE... PLEASE CLOSURE THIS BRANCH AND KICK OUT THE STAFF!!

::The opening times are probably chosen depending on your mood. I was directed to the parcel shop, which was only open until 2 p.m. The next parcel shop made it clear to me that he only ships within Germany. So I had to take the package home with me. Unfortunately the staff is consistently unfriendly. Conclusion: Choose another sender with reasonable and reliable opening times.
