::I have been in this branch regularly since 2018, and again today. And even if some of my contemporaries hardly believe it: I am very satisfied with this branch. Very nice, especially helpful staff. And so far everything has always worked wonderfully. These bad reviews here ... I often ask myself with the writing style: “How was their appearance on site?” Yes, there are sometimes long queues. But there are other places too. And as a hint: Deutsche Post AG has simply closed many branches across Germany and has even taken down umpteen post boxes. The customers - but also the employees - have to unload it. And they can't help it! And as a tip: as you call into the forest, it echoes back. Simply approach the employees of this branch in a friendly manner, then you will also be served in a friendly manner ... then it is more relaxed for everyone ...

::Disastrous store. No shipment arrives and we seem to have disappeared out of nowhere. Avoid urgently and prefer to ship with Hermes !!!!

::Tried to ship a package international express here. They didn’t tell me that a form was missing, just took the package and 60€. When I saw the package was on hold a few days later, I called and they said they had emailed me about the missing invoice form. I had no email from them. Then I sent them the form as requested, there was no response, and a couple days later the package was returned to me and I was instructed to buy a new label. Terrible waste.
