::Very friendly staff. You will also receive good advice. Highly recommended. In today's somewhat chaotic times, in which people usually no longer find jobs based on their qualifications but rather based on luck and chance or have to in order to survive, it is admirable that these people courageously take on this challenge. Serving customers isn't always a sweet treat either. There are also people who know exactly where and to whom they can vent their frustration. You should always be able to empathize with the person standing at the counter. We are all just human beings and not know-it-alls and experts. I wish the staff continued success.

::Have been to this branch several times. It was always a disaster and was sent to the other post office on Eisenbahnstrasse every time. Employees have no idea they wanted to send an express package and couldn't manage to send it. Valid letters and cash letters also have no idea how to process them. The branch is terrible if you have no idea you should leave it alone.... Oh yes and as a customer you have to look for your packages on the shelves yourself....

::I am very happy when people come back to work. It would be nice if the new employees were fully trained. I felt extremely overwhelmed when accepting an express delivery that had been printed out online and 15 minutes of trying to process it on the computer. In the end I was directed to another post office, where it took less than 2 minutes. I don't want to imagine what it would be like if I came with a registered letter. Nevertheless, it was a friendly tone.
